Big news that I finally get to share. I've received a promotion of sorts in my coaching life. I will no longer be coaching at the MS and HS, just the HS as OL Coach/JV Head Coach. I've been in talks with the HS HC for months about how we can best change the culture/success rate of the entire 7-12 program. We made some intra-staff swaps and hired a guy (who had been with me for a couple of years previously) to take my HC role with the MS.
