They all have the same sponsor, but they don't all wear the same specific shoe. Just watch the football or basketball teams. Some wear pink, or black, or white, or gray, or crimson, etc.

I don't pay much attention to the shoes I guess. When I played we all had the exact same shoe. Uniformity does look clean though.
