Those are the most likely candidates. ND and Clemson are no brainers assuming ND is willing to join a conference which they'll probably try to avoid. The rest are a little shaky. FSU, OSU, Miami, TCU, and Baylor are all secondary schools in states the SEC already has schools. WVU, Va Tech, and Louisville don't really move the needle that much.
With USC/UCLA news to Big 10, it appears we are on the path of having the Big 10 & SEC to be the AFC/NFC of college football. Which means others schools will be scrambling to get into one of the 2 big conferences quickly so they are not left out in case the 2 conferences do break away from the rest of the NCAA and form their own conference. The next couple of months could get very interesting with rumors of schools in talk with other conferences and switching.
This also could be a great sign for an early exit for OU. If other teams start moving around, it might be easier for conferences and the TV partners to reshuffle sooner to help bring stability in the market and lock in the contracts. I thought last summer was a wild ride when OU/TX announce, this summer will get crazier.
