I know we must always be recruiting, but now with NIL and the portal, it is magnified since even a starter will jump ship for money. I remember years ago where you'd see a freshman coming in, and of course he didn't play, and then his junior year his body looked totally different, neck looked like a log, from just working to be in the starting role.
