The endless search for the right coordinator continues for the last decade versus just hiring the right head coach. I guess it is just OU fan’s resignation that we are stuck with BV based on his contract but this is not going to get better under BV or Joe C.

Saban and Smart lose/lost coordinators all the time and they just kept going on….Jim Harbaugh was the key at Michigan - Urban Meyer at Utah, Florida and Ohio State…and it just goes on and on…Dabo will most likely be in the playoffs this year.

Hire the Indiana HC not his coordinators.

Hire a Barry Switzer NOT a Gary Gibbs.

Our 4 wins are against teams with a combined 9-15 record so team defense stats mean nothing at this point. Let’s see where we are in team defense at the end of this already brutally long season.

OU football hasn’t had a losing record since 1998 and now BV could have 2 in his first 3 seasons.

I'm coming around to the idea that BV ain't the guy more and more each day. That said, it's hard to say that he has done nothing for this program. The defense is markedly improved, although it is a far cry from elite. I like the defensive staff and the issues on that side are fixable. The issues on offense are not fixable. Every coach on that side NEEDS TO be relieved. As I have stated, if BV won't make big changes there, he NEEDS TO be relieved and the Brinks truck NEEDS TO be driven to Indiana for their guy(s).
