I think they have too many damned weather models. Looks like we're in the 80th percentile for moderate snowfall with blizzard conditions for most of the morning, but no one seems to know how much snow we're gonna get. Yep and we are supposed to get a SIGNIFICANT amount of ice before the snow starts. Of course that is happening when I have someone coming in from England to give a talk that I HAVE to be in the building for. UGH! I a new job.

I am 100% remote, so I'm lucky there. I to get to the gym for my run before it all hits. Probably check the weather close today and see if I can set a 5:30 alarm to get the old run in before the crap hits the fan. Might have to sacrifice an exercise day.

My previous position in the company was a 5:00 daily start. This new position is better; I'll take 7:30-3:00 rather than 5:00-3:00!

When I did Windows Admin and (old stuff here) OS/2 Admin work I worked 5 until 3 and I was on-call every other week. There's a reason I don't do that anymore. LOL
