G.O.A.T ... The one constant (minus a few years) @ OU the past 3 decades... literally seen it all @ OU. The Good (natty), the Bad (sub-par defense @ best), The Ugly (Muleshoe running scared to the easiest conference in football.)

Overton to announce Friday. Not a surprise. He was always aggie. The clickbait for him to OU was always silly. The fact that he reclassified was all that was needed. The MAIN reason to do that - changes in NIL for the next cycle. Aggie is paying him to sign (not the usual "bagman" must've been involved since he didn't choose OU) - Their NIL is worse than texsa. Paying tens, hundreds of thousands to sign (claiming it is NIL).
I think special teams is the poster child for why we were in a downward trend over the last couple of years. After Beamer left, we just didn't seem to care anymore. BV on the other hand hired an analyst just to coordinate special teams. That's right we have a guy now whose only responsibility is special teams.
Really sad to look at those numbers especially the PR numbers when you remember that Antonio Perkins had more in one game against UCLA than OU did in any of those single years. He had 277 yards and 3 TDs against the Bruins back in the early 2000's.
