EDIT: Had to look him up. Rated a 4* (for whatever that recruiting ranking silliness is worth) and list as 6'5"-6'6" and 215-220 lbs. I'm always intrigued by tall QBs.

that's a good question... I think we're in a decent position with one of the top '24 QBs who is from texsa (DJ something), so the staff may be holding out hope for him? Or maybe just getting a little further into the recruiting cycle before extending a bunch of offers. Who knows.
The list is inaccurate for rating teams to one another. The "criterion" seems to be WINS. Given that two teams have not been in the league and played as many games as others, W/L percentage seems to be the more accurate gauge. If one arbitrarily chooses "Wins," why not "losses" in which case the newer schools would have a distinct advantage.
With winning-percentage, texsa is SIXTH and TCU 5th. There is no reason to place texsa above TCU... FOX shat-the-bed to favor texsa.
