Decent little spring game. Both sides had their moments. Random thoughts:

Kicking still an issue
Back end NEEDS TO tighten up run fits
Boganowski looks like a really physical safety
OL looks physically different this year. Pass pro wasn't great, but they opened some nice holes in the run game. Solid day for that question mark unit.
Burks is the real deal
QB will be the lingering question. If JFA can figure it out (still a relatively mixed bag yesterday) this offense will be top 5 in the nation...provided what the OL showed in the run game wasn't an aberration.
Sawchuk does not/should not have the lock on RB1. Hicks and Franklin showed well yesterday.
Jayden Jackson is strong.
Hicks flashed.
Halton might be a happy surprise this season.
NEED more from PJ and R Mason
Downs looks to be a bit slimmed down and more athletic

Anyone else hear Dusty get caught on mic when he thought they were at commercial, talking about Kanak. "Looks like Kanak messed it up there. Opened the wrong way. I don't know if they can play him." Yikes.
